The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was passed by Congress and signed into law by the President on March 27th, 2020. The CARES Act will provide an Economic Impact Payment, in the form of either a direct deposit or check, to most U.S. residents. If you qualify and have filed a 2019 or 2018 tax return, and the IRS already has your direct deposit information:
The Economic Impact Payment will be deposited directly into the same banking account reflected on the tax return you filed. You do not need to take any further action.
If you qualify and have filed a 2019 or 2018 tax return, and the IRS does not have your bank account information:

If you received your 2019 or 2018 tax refund via check in the mail:
The IRS will mail the stimulus check to the physical address on file. You can easily deposit the stimulus check to your GNO account using the ezDeposit feature on the GNO FCU Mobile App. For more information on ezDeposit click here.
