How to sign up for ePay:

Log into Online Banking and click on Account Setup under the Bill Pay tab.

Accept the terms and conditions, and then fill out the short account setup.
By noon on the next business day you will be able to begin setting up payees and scheduling payments! Pay one time bills or schedule recurring payments on a monthly, weekly, or semi-monthly basis.
Remember, all bills are paid from your checking account. Please allow 3-5 business days for payments to post to your payees*. Transactions posted after 12 noon CST (Central Standard Time) will be drafted from your account the next business day.
*Allow 3 days for electronic payments to reach the merchant you are paying and 5 days for check payments that you request to pay through ePay.

[ Q ] Is there a charge for ePay Online Bill Pay?
[ A ] No. ePay is another service provided to members free of charge.
[ Q ] How often can I schedule payments with ePay?
[ A ] Payments can be scheduled as "one-time", or as reoccuring payments on a monthly, weekly, or semi-monthly basis. You have the ability to choose depending on your own personal needs.
[ Q ] I posted a payment this afternoon but I didn't see the funds come out of my account. Did I do something wrong?
[ A ] No. Payments that are scheduled after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day. Payments posted before 12:00 PM CST will be posted the same day.
[ Q ] I paid my utilities yesterday through ePay, but the company has not received my payment yet. Why not?
[ A ] Payments scheduled through ePay will take a few days to reach the merchant you are paying. In general, you should allow at least 3 days for electronic payments to reach your merchant or 5 days for check payments. We will send your payment electronically unless the company you are paying can only accept paper checks.
