Black & Gold Haiti Fundraiser
Metairie, Louisiana – February 2, 2010 - GNO FCU employees have parlayed their exhilaration for their home town team – the New Orleans Saints - and their heartfelt concern for the Haitian earthquake victims into an enthusiastic endeavor for both! Employees donating $15.00 or more to the WOCCU Disaster Relief Fund for Haiti have the option of wearing their Black & Gold from Friday, January 29 through Super Bowl Monday.
Needless to say, both are efforts that the employees are happy to support. Branch lobbies are also decked out in Saints pendants, gold stars and balloons to make this an unforgettable experience for our credit union members, too.
“It’s been quite a week at GNO FCU since we also went live with our new SYMITAR Core Processing System, ” reports GNO FCU President/CEO Janet L. Sanders. “And just like the Saints, our team trained hard and delivered a winning SYMITAR season.”
