Experienced Account Officer – New Covington Branch

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- An outgoing, highly motivated experienced account officer who is member service focused.
- Someone who is well spoken and won’t be shy about sharing our products and services with our membership.
Here’s what you must have to apply:
- Previous account officer or MSR experience or 1 year of financial institution experience.
- Experience in serving customers/members in person/over the phone/via email.
- Coachability –always looking to improve personally & professionally.
- Team Player – ability to pitch in whenever & wherever needed.
- Detail oriented – keen eye for the little things.
- Commitment – to the credit union philosophy, to teammates and to self.
